Bundt cakes:
Baking Spray
1 box NOMU MiniMakes Spiced Cake Batter Mix
2 eggs
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup milk
Caramel sauce:
125g butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon vanilla essence
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1 teaspoon elachi powder
1 teaspoon nutmeg
To serve:
Handful pistachios, roughly crushed into pieces
Dried rose petals
Preheat the oven to 160°C and grease a mini bundt cake pan with baking spray.
Prepare the MiniMakes Spiced Cake batter as per the box instructions and pour the batter into the prepared pan.
Bake the mini bundt cakes for approximately 30 minutes or until cooked though when tested with a skewer.
For the sauce, melt down the butter and add the brown sugar. Once the sugar is completely dissolved, lower the heat and add the milk, vanilla essence and the warm spices. Once all combined, allow to cool down and thicken.
Once the cakes are ready, plate and drizzle over the sauce, and sprinkle with the crushed pistachios and rose petals. Serve while warm.
