12 x 1 tsp blobs of peanut butter, frozen
1 box NOMU MiniMakes Chocolate Cookie Dough Mix
75g butter, melted
1 large egg
Place 12 x 1 tsp blobs of peanut butter on a sheet of greaseproof paper. Place in the freezer to firm up until needed.
Prepare the Nomu Chocolate Cookie dough mix as directed on the box, except replace the 60g of butter with 75g. Once the dough has formed, cover and refrigerate for an hour.
After an hour, preheat your oven to 180°C (or 160°C fan-assisted) and line an oven tray with baking paper.
Divide the dough into 12 pieces, using a scale if necessary to get even sizes. Roll each piece of dough into a ball then flatted into an even disc. Place a frozen peanut butter blob in the centre of the dough ball, then raise the sides gently until the peanut butter is completely enclosed in the chocolate cookie dough.
Place the cookies on the prepared tray, keeping the join side down, and bake for 10-12 minutes. Once baked allow to cool on a cooling rack.
