1 box NOMU MiniMakes Spiced Cake Batter Mix
2 large eggs
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
Handful pumpkin seeds
Handful mixed seeds
Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a 6-hole jumbo muffin tin.
Prepare the cake batter following the directions on your MiniMakes box, then add the seeds and fold in gently until well distributed.
Pour the batter into the prepared muffin tin and bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through when tested with a skewer.
Enjoy as is, or ice with your favourite frosting.
