1 box NOMU MiniMakes Spiced Cake Batter Mix
2 eggs
60g melted butter
1/4 cup plain yogurt
1 can pineapple rings
6 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 cup (60ml) melted butter
Custard, to serve🍮
Preheat the oven to 170°C.
Place the cake mix in a mixing bowl. Add the eggs, melted butter and yoghurt and mix well to form a smooth batter.
Drain the pineapple rings but keep the juice.
Spray a big cupcake pan with non-stick spray. Place 1 tsp brown sugar in the base of 6 cups, followed by about 10ml butter and a pineapple ring in each. Divide the batter between the 6 cups.
Bake the puddings for 30min. Remove from oven and pour over the reserved tinned pineapple juice.
Turn the puddings out onto a baking sheet and return to the oven to bake until the tops are golden brown.
Enjoy warm or cold with custard
