1 box NOMU MiniMakes Chocolate Brownie Batter Mix
2 large eggs
60g unsalted butter, melted
For the pecan pie filling:
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp caramel essence
50g chopped pecan nuts
Grease a 20 x 11 cm square pan.
Prepare the brownie batter following the recipe on the packaging for 8 brownies.
Bake at 170°C for 15min.
While the brownie is baking, make your filling. Whisk together the egg and sugar.
Add caramel essence, then mix in the pecans.
Remove the brownie from the oven, pour over the pecan filling and bake for a further 10 minutes. Serve warm.
