1 box NOMU MiniMakes Vanilla Cake Batter Mix
2 large eggs
1/3 cup (80ml) oil
1/3 cup (80ml) milk
To assemble:
1 packet orange jelly powder
Boiling water and cold water, as needed for the jelly
1-2 tins of peach slices
Prepared custard
Mix and bake your NOMU Vanilla Cake Mix as per package instructions in a loaf tin. Allow to cool completely.
Prepare the jelly as per package instructions and leave to set. Once firm, cut into cubes.
Drain the tin of peaches and cut into bite-size pieces
To assemble your trifles, cut the cake into cubes and layer into mini bowls along with the diced peaches, jelly and custard.
