1 box NOMU minimakes Vanilla Blondie Batter Mix
60g unsalted butter, melted
1 large egg
60g roasted almonds, roughly chopped
1/4 cup Nutella
Preheat oven to 170°C and grease and line a 21 x 11cm loaf tin.
Mix the melted butter and sugar (sachet 1) until pale, then mix in the egg until combined. Fold in the blondie mix (sachet 2) and chopped almonds to form a smooth batter
Spread the batter into the prepared loaf tin. Dot the Nutella on top of the blondie batter (about 6 dollops) and swirl in using a sharp knife or skewer about 4 times. Don’t over-swirl or you’ll lose the beautiful pattern.
Bake for 20-25 mins until set – a skewer should come out with a few crumbs clinging to it.
Allow to cool before slicing in squares and serve with ice cream.
