1 box NOMU MiniMakes Vanilla Cookie Dough Mix
60g melted butter
1 egg
About 8 tbsp Nutella spread
1 packet marshmallows
Preheat your oven to 160°C and grease 8 ramekins with non-stick spray.
Prepare the cookie dough as per package instructions for chewy cookies. Divide into 8 equal portions and press into the base of each ramekin.
Bake for 15 – 20 minutes until crispy and toasty. Let cool slightly.
Place a tablespoon of Nutella on top of each cookie base and spread evenly, then arrange marshmallows on top to cover.
Set the oven to grill and grill for 3 – 5 minutes until the marshmallows are toasted and gooey.
