1 box NOMU MiniMakes Chocolate Brownie Batter Mix
60g unsalted butter
2 large eggs
¼ cup chopped pecan nuts, plus extra to decorate
¼ cup chopped almonds
100g mixed glace cherries
Chocolate frosting, to decorate (I used the Pillsbury Ready-to-Spread Milk Chocolate Frosting)
Preheat your oven to 160°C on fan function and grease and line a loaf tin with baking paper.
Whisk the warm melted butter with the sugar (sachet 1) until well combined, then whisk in the eggs. Add brownie mix (sachet 2) and mix until a smooth batter is formed. Fold in the pecans, almonds and cherries.
Spread the batter evenly in the prepared tin and bake for 25 minutes.
Once cooled, spread a thin layer of chocolate frosting on top and decorate with some extra chopped pecan nuts. Slice into squares and enjoy!
