1 box NOMU MiniMakes Vanilla Blondie Batter Mix
60g butter, melted
1 large egg
2 tbsp green, red and white funfetti sprinkles
Preheat the oven to 160°C (fan-assisted) or 170°C (no fan) and grease and line a loaf tin.
Whisk together the melted butter and sugar (sachet 1) until combined. Add in the egg and mix well for a minute until light and creamy.
Add the blondie mix (sachet 2) and sprinkles and gently stir in until fully incorporated – don’t overmix.
Spoon the batter into the prepared loaf tin, then pop it in the oven for 20-25 minutes until cooked through but still fudgy in the centre.
Allow to cool completely, then slice into 8 bars and enjoy!
