For the blondies:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a donut (or madeleine) pan with non-stick spray.
2. Whisk together the melted butter, MiniMakes sugar sachet and the egg until combined.
3. Add the MiniMakes flour mix and stir to form a thick batter. Stir in three crushed Biscoff biscuits into the mixture.
4. Transfer the batter to a piping bag, cut a large hole in the end and pipe evenly into the prepared pan.
5. Bake for 10 – 15 minutes, then immediately remove from the pan so they don’t get stuck as they cool. Place on a wire rack to cool.
For the white chocolate ganache:
6. Melt the slab of white chocolate with the butter in the microwave, stirring often until smooth.
7. Pour in the cream and immediately mix to form a ganache.
8. Immediately dip the donuts into the glaze until nicely coated.
9. Sprinkle with crushed Biscoff cookies, place in the fridge to set and enjoy!
