1 box NOMU MiniMakes Chocolate Brownie Batter Mix
60g unsalted butter, melted
2 large eggs
70g medium-fat cream cheese
50g blanched hazelnuts
Preheat oven to 170°C (or 160°C with fan) and line a 18x18cm square baking tin with baking paper.
Toast the hazelnuts in a frying pan over medium heat until slightly brown. Once toasted, chop and set aside.
For the brownies, mix the sugar (sachet 1) and butter until combined, then add the eggs and whisk for 1 minute. Fold the brownie mix (sachet 2) into the wet ingredients to form a smooth batter. Add toasted hazelnuts.
Spread the batter into the lined baking tin and drop teaspoons of cream cheese evenly onto the batter, making 3 rows by 3 rows. Run a skewer or knife through the cream cheese horizontally, then vertically to create swirl patterns.
Bake for 20-25 minutes and leave to cool before slicing into 9 squares.
