1 box Minimakes Vanilla Cookie Dough Mix
90g softened butter
1 large egg yolk
1 heaped tablespoon ground cinnamon
Prepare the snap cookie dough as per the package instructions.
Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface until about 5mm thick. Sprinkle over the cinnamon in an even layer, then roll up like a swiss roll.
Slice into 1cm-thick biscuits – chill the dough roll if it’s too soft to slice neatly.
Place on a line baking tray and bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden. Allow to cool and enjoy!
