1 box NOMU MiniMakes Chocolate Cake Batter Mix
2 large eggs
1/3 cup (80ml) vegetable oil
1/2 cup (125ml) warm milk
To decorate:
1-2 slabs white chocolate, melted
Sprinkles
Preheat your oven to 180°C and prepare your donut mould with Spray & Cook.
Whisk the oil, eggs and milk together, then mix in the cake mix to form a smooth batter.
Fill the donut mould 3/4 of the way and bake for 10 minutes or until cooked through when tested with a skewer.
Allow to cool completely, then dip the tops in melted white chocolate and decorate with your favourite sprinkles. Place in the fridge to set.
Tip: You could also make an icing sugar glaze for the donuts instead of using melted white chocolate by whisking together sifted icing sugar with a few teaspoons of milk (add a little at a time until you reach your desired consistency).
