1 box NOMU MiniMakes Chocolate Cookie Dough Mix
60g butter, melted and cooled
1 large egg
To assemble:
Scoops of your favourite ice cream
Sprinkles
Preheat your oven to 160°C and prepare a baking tray with Spray & Cook or baking paper.
Mix the melted butter, sugar sachet and egg until well combined, then add the cookie mix and stir to form a soft dough.
Divide the dough into 12 equal-size balls. Place on the prepared tray, press slightly flat and bake for 10-12 minutes.
Allow to cool completely
Sandwich the cookies together with scoops of ice cream and roll in sprinkles. Be quick and freeze until ready to serve to stop the ice cream from melting. Best enjoyed the day they are made.
