1 box NOMU MiniMakes Vanilla Cookie Dough Mix
60g salted butter, melted and cooled
1 large egg
1 handful caramel chips (or your favourite soft caramels cut up into little chunks )
¼ tsp caramel essense
Sea salt flakes, for the top
Prep work:
– Preheat oven to 160°C
– Line a baking tray with baking paper
Cookie dough:
– Combine your melted butter with the MiniMakes sugar sachet
– Add in the egg and mix until smooth
– Add in the MiniMakes flour sachet and mix to form a soft dough
– Add in your caramel chips/any of your favourite chunks of Caramel
– Roll into balls and put on your lined baking sheet. I like to press the balls down with the back of a spoon to help them flatten out
Bake at 160°C for 10-15 minutes until golden brown, then sprinkle some sea salt on top to finish.
(I like to eat at least one while they are still warm!)
