1 box NOMU MiniMakes Chocolate Brownie Batter Mix
60g butter, melted
2 large eggs
Fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced in half
Chocolate ganache:
1 slab cark chocolate, roughly chopped
1/4 cup (60ml) cream, warmed
Preheat your oven to 160°C and prepare your mini cupcake pan by spraying it with Spray & Cook.
Whisk the melted butter, sugar sachet and eggs together until well combined. Add the brownie mix and stir to form a thick, glossy batter.
Once your batter is ready, spoon it into your cupcake tin, filling each hole 3/4 way up. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, then remove from oven and cool completely.
Melt the dark chocolate with the warm cream to create a ganache. Drizzle the cooled brownie bites with ganache and top with fresh strawberries to finish🍓
