1 box NOMU MiniMakes Vanilla Blondie Batter Mix
60g butter, melted and cooled
1 large egg
2-3 teaspoons NOMU Cocoa Powder or NOMU Unsweetened Hot Chocolate
Preheat oven to 160°C and prepare a small 20cm square tin with Spray & Cook.
Stir the melted butter and sugar sachet together, then mix in the egg until well combined. Add the blondie mix and stir to form a thick batter.
Place half the mixture in another bowl and mix in 2-3 teaspoons of NOMU Cocoa Powder.
Dollop spoonfuls of the chocolate and vanilla batter one at a time into the prepared tin, making sure to alternate flavours. Use a toothpick or butter knife to swirl the two flavours together, creating a marbled effect.
Bake for 20 minutes and allow to cool before cutting into squares.
