1 box NOMU MiniMakes Vanilla Blondie Batter Mix
60g melted butter
1 large egg
1/4 cup white chocolate chips
1 tablespoon black seeds (also known as Nigella seeds, or black cumin)
Preheat your oven to 160°C. Grease and line 20cm round pan with baking paper.
Add sugar (sachet 1) to the melted butter and whisk till combined. Add the egg and whisk for a minute until pale and creamy. Fold in blondie flour mixture to form a thick batter.
Transfer the batter to the prepared tin. Generously sprinkle the black seeds and white chocolate chips over the top.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through but still fudgy in the centre. Allow to cool completely before slicing into wedges.
