1 box NOMU MiniMakes Vanilla Cake Batter Mix
2 large eggs
⅓ cup vegetable oil
⅓ cup warm milk
¼ cup chopped almonds
½ cup cranberries
¼ cup white chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 150°C on fan function, and grease and line a muffin tray with 9 paper liners.
Whisk the eggs until foamy, then whisk in the oil and milk. Add the MiniMakes cake mix and mix thoroughly to form a batter. Stir in the almond, cranberries and choc chips.
Pour the batter into the muffin tray and bake for 25 minutes or until skewer comes out dry and clean.
Allow to cool slightly before enjoying.
